Grief Support for Individuals & Couples

Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is based on the idea that unresolved emotional experiences are stored in the body, and that attention to breath and gentle stretching can release tension and stiffness. Odds are you had stress before your loss, and the death of a loved on only adds to your stress.

Private grief support sessions are designed especially for you. You will find that after just one session you are able to breath better and your body will feel more relaxed. Many people feel more hopeful as well. Don’t worry — you do not need any previous yoga or fitness experience. All spiritual beliefs are welcome.

Private sessions are available Tuesday – Saturday. Learn more….
