Grief Counseling in Maryland & Beyond

PrintFriendly

Grief is a natural reaction to loss, and while most people are able to work through the loss with the support of friends and family, there are times when calling on professional support may be beneficial.

As a thanatologist and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy practitioner, I specialize in using the body/mind connection as a vehicle to navigate the waters of grief through private yoga therapy sessions, workshops, and Yoga for Grief classes. If you feel you need additional support from a grief counselor or therapist, it is important that you choose a professional that empowers you to work through your grief in your own unique way.

Here are two organizations that offer or list of resources for grief counseling in Maryland. ADEC has an international database as well.
