The Cen­ter for Mind Body Ther­a­pies is located at the cen­ter of His­toric Down­town Fred­er­ick, MD. It is only one block from Baker Park and the Fred­er­ick County Cour­t­house. The area boasts a beau­ti­ful land­scape along with a truly his­toric feel. Park­ing:
Park on Bentz St. (one-way going South), or on Car­roll Park­way. There is a big sign for the Cen­ter out by the side­walk, so even at night you should be able to find it. The Cen­ter is a large red brick house with a front porch, located just before the inter­sec­tion of North Bentz St. and West Patrick St. Park­ing Meters are enforced Mon­day through Sat­ur­day until 5pm.

From the South:
Take 270 North which will turn into 15 North.
Exit at Rose­mont Avenue and travel to the stop light.
Turn left onto Rose­mont Ave. towards Hood Col­lege.
Travel past Hood Col­lege on your left and con­tinue on Rose­mont.
Rose­mont will turn into Dill Ave.
Fol­low Dill Ave. to the inter­sec­tion of Bentz Street.
Turn right at the stop light onto Bentz St.
Travel to 5 N. Bentz Street, which is located after Baker Park (on your right) and just before the
inter­sec­tion with Patrick Street.

From the North:
Take Rte 15 South. Exit at Rose­mont Avenue­Turn left onto Rose­mont Ave. towards Hood Col­lege.
Turn right onto Rose­mont Ave. towards Hood Col­lege.
Travel past Hood Col­lege on your left and con­tinue on Rose­mont.
Rose­mont will turn into Dill Ave.
Fol­low Dill Ave. to the inter­sec­tion of Bentz Street.
Turn right at the stop light onto Bentz St.
Travel to 5 N. Bentz Street, which is located after Baker Park (on your right) and just before the
inter­sec­tion with Patrick Street.

From the East and West:
Take I-70 to Rte 15 North. Exit at Rose­mont Avenue
Turn left onto Rose­mont Ave. towards Hood Col­lege.
Rose­mont will turn into Dill Ave.
Fol­low Dill Ave. to the inter­sec­tion of Bentz Street.
Turn right at the stop light onto Bentz St.
Travel to 5 N. Bentz Street, which is located after Baker Park (on your right) and just before the
inter­sec­tion with Patrick Street.
